Booking Terms and Conditions

1. On receipt of a request for accommodation we endeavor to reply within 2 working days.

2. A deposit of £50.00 is required to confirm your booking. This can be made by Credit or Debit Card by calling our office on 01499 302003. Alternatively a booking will be held for 7 days to allow a deposit cheque to reach us. Please confirm your preferred method of deposit at the time of booking.

3. Full Payment of the balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. This again can be made by Credit Card by calling our office on 01499 302003 or alternatively by cheque.

4. Cancellation Policy
Please note that Deposits are non refundable.
No penalty is payable for bookings cancelled up to 10 days prior to arrival. Amounts paid over and above your £50.00 deposit will be refunded.

No refunds will be given for bookings cancelled within 10 days of arrival

*Check in time is normally 3.30/4 pm, if an earlier check in is required please contact us a few days before arrival to confirm availability
